Two truckers hospitalized after truck axle detaches

Two drivers had been hospitalized after an axle got here off of a 3rd rig on Interstate 35 on Tuesday night. 

The incident occurred on  July eleventh at round 6 p.m. close to Topeka, Kansas on northbound I-35. 

In keeping with 12 WIBW, 45-year-old truck driver Abdikarim F. Guliad was heading north on I-35 when the rig misplaced an axle, inflicting Guliad to lose management of the rig. A second truck pushed by 38-year-old Pardeep Singh then swerved to keep away from Guliad’s truck and ended up sliding right into a barrier wall. A 3rd semi truck pushed by 24-year-old Randy J. Younger then struck the free tire and axle. 

Guliad and Singh had been transported to a close-by hospital with minor accidents. Younger was not injured within the accident. No additional info has been launched.
