Trucker ignored ‘no truck’ indicators earlier than Big’s Despair overturn, police say

A truck driver was cited after ignoring indicators banning truck visitors and overturning on a slim highway. 

The accident occurred on Monday morning, October third at 9:30 a.m. in Pennsylvania.
