Trucker arrested for handgun after attempting to skip inspection

A truck driver was arrested for illegally carrying a handgun in Connecticut on Thursday. 

Connecticut State police report that 34-year-old Bryan Lambert of Virginia “bypassed indicators directing the operator to drive into the station for inspection,” on the weight and inspections station in Union on Thursday, August twenty fourth. 

“Throughout interactions with the operator, possible trigger was developed to look the inside of the truck, the place a Smith & Wesson handgun was subsequently positioned,” wrote the Connecticut State Police in a publish to Fb. 

Lambert was positioned below arrest and charged with carrying a handgun/pistol with no allow and weapon in a motorcar. He has since been launched and is scheduled for arraignment on September thirteenth at Rockville Superior Court docket.
