Truck driver knew his actions killed fellow driver following hit-and-run wreck

A truck driver has been arrested after fleeing the scene of a wreck that took the lifetime of one other truck driver.

Johan Heinrichs was arrested for the April twenty sixth wreck on Could twenty third in Dalhart, Texas.

Based on ABC 8, Heinrichs was driving alongside Freeway 385 close to Tulsa, Oklahoma when he sideswiped one other rig pushed by Michael McCauley.

Heinrichs has since admitted to sideswiping McCauley’s truck and to understanding that the incident killed him. He’s now in jail on costs of first-degree homicide manslaughter, leaving the scene of a collision involving dying, and destroying proof
