Truck driver in severe faculty bus crash requests lowered bond

The truck driver going through greater than two dozen expenses for a severe crash with a faculty bus has requested a lowered bond this week. 

Victor Santos appeared in courtroom on Monday, November twenty first and requested a discount of his present $77,500 bond, reported 13 WTHR Information. This request comes after a postponement of his preliminary listening to final week on account of a request for a spanish-interpreted listening to. 

Santos is accused of driving drunk and crashing into a faculty bus filled with excessive schoolers in Warsaw, Indiana on November twelfth. Investigators consider at the very least one pupil was ejected from the bus. A complete of 13 had been injured. 

Santos was reportedly far over the authorized BAC restrict on the time of the wreck.
