Quantix Acquires Mid-States Packaging – Fleet Administration

Quantix acquired full-service dry bulk transportation, warehousing and export companies firm Mid-States Packaging, representing the corporate’s ninth acquisition because it was acquired by Wind Level in 2019.
Mid-States has 11 areas spanning Texas, the Northeast and the Mid-Atlantic, and reinforces Quantix’s geographic presence and builds upon its trucking transportation operations.
The transfer is a part of the corporate’s acquisition technique so as to add firms that present dry and liquid bulk transportation, warehousing, export and logistics companies to producers and distributors of chemical compounds nationwide.
