Ohio trooper catches semi truck driving down the center of US 30, driver admits to watching video

The Ohio State Freeway Patrol (OSHP) shared sprint cam and police physique cam video of a trooper’s latest encounter with a truck driver as a reminder to keep away from distracted driving.
