FMCSA Reinstates KSK ELD – Security & Compliance
KSK Group’s ELD has been reinstated to the record of registered Digital Logging Units.

The Federal Motor Carriers Security Administration has reinstated KSK Group’s ELD to the record of registered digital logging units.
As of Sept. 18, in accordance with FMCSA, motor carriers and drivers had been free to return to utilizing KSK ELD for recording and transferring hours of knowledge service.
The KSK ELD had been eliminated from the record of registered units Sept. 14.
Not like Canada’s ELD mandate, U.S. regulators have a “self-certification” course of for ELD producers to attest that their units adhere to the ELD guidelines.
