CHP reminds truckers to observe most CMV velocity restrict of 55 m.p.h.

The California Freeway Patrol (CHP) issued a reminder to truck drivers of the state’s velocity restrict for business automobiles after catching a truck exceeding the restrict by 18 m.p.h.

On Monday, March 27, CHP’s Tracy Division shared a photograph of a truck and a radar gun studying 73 m.p.h. together with a warning about California’s velocity restrict for CMVs.

Drivers, only a reminder, a 3-axle tractor and any automobile (sedans, coupes, vans) pulling a trailer, have a most velocity restrict of 55 MPH.
